The Haldron Collider is depicted on Google's home page today, but no link to Chrome Browser

Perhaps not surprisingly, Google has removed the download link to its new Chrome browser software from its home page. I suspect the real reason is not the artificially induced crashes reported by beta users (testers), but rather a curtailment of exposure to legal risk due to the reported security hole found in the software.

I found my use (not exclusive but certainly primary) of the browser to be an experience as promised, free most crashes, and when there was a crash (due to a Vista incompatible add-on), Chrome isolated the offending process in its own tab/window and closed gracefully while leaving the rest of the browser tabs and windows running without incident.
